On the east coast, the Juilliard School unveiled the Glorya Kaufman Dance Studio in 2009, a 2,300 square foot glass-enclosed rehearsal space that allows the students and faculty to train just above the sidewalks of Broadway, allowing students and passersby alike to soak up the energy and creativity of the bustling metropolis.
